"Where better to care for the soul than in the details of our daily lives?....The soul has an absolute, unforgiving need for regular excursions into enchantment. It requires them like the body needs food and the mind needs thought... An enchanted world is one that speaks to the soul, to the mysterious depths of the heart and imagination where we find value, love and union with the world around us. As mystics of many religions have taught, that sense of rapturous union can give a sense of fulfillment that makes life purposeful and vibrant." ~ Thomas Moore.

Beautyfying Series" Niacinamide Face Cream

Continuing with this Beautifying Series, since living this way is my life and I've learned so much these 35 years using what is made by nature, finding not only is it more effective than store bought products, but it is SAFER, cleaner, easier to use and make and costs much less, a no brainer all the way around.

There is just no way to be "delicate" about these things anymore. It seems delicacy simply fosters willful denial, a "I'm not looking at that 'type' of stuff" type of thing, Meanwhile the planets resources are dying due to incessant inventions of toxins and the blind use of buyers.
Why women continue to use chemicals is beyond my ability to comprehend. Everything we need for home and body is easily made effectively with natural ingredients, everything. I've been doing it for decades.
Especially now when everyone can see how this world is poisoned by chemicals, and clean water is an endangered species, and every new type of cancer is created by these insane concoctions of madmen. Women are the ones who can change this around, and help clean up this world. Because women are the ones who use 80% of product deliberately targeted/marketed towards gullible women. The men who create these things make millions and women get sick by the millions, then others come in with more product, and more women quietly get sick and die, and the next generation comes online, ignorant to what is happening and on and on it goes. There is no shortage of madmen creating chemical concoctions and labeling them "rejuvenating" or "youth enhancing" "natural" etc, and there are no regulations which are effective in catching all of them, and women still fall for labels and marketing.

I would implore women to stop and think for a moment, take stock of only 20 years of history and what has transpired on this planet with toxicity and cancer and put two and two together and be the ones who make the change. The Dalai Lama himself believes it is the western woman who will change the world for the better. Let us BE THIS CHANGE NOW. There is no time to lose.

I can't rant enough about this, but on to the cream.

I am ever looking for natural products that are comprised of what Mother Nature has provided, tweaked for personal efficiency and there is alot, and I mean alot that we can do easily and cheaply.

I have experimented for a while now that I seem to need a rejuvenating cream at this stage of life, and I found something that works for a specific problem I have which is melasma. I found this woman on youtube and she explains it thoroughly so I will simply post her video here.
I did do as she explains, how to make the cream with niacinamide (not niacin) capsules, and I have been using it, and it took weeks for me to see it but it did eliminate 75% of my melasma when nothing else ever has. I simply made the cream as she instructs and used a lotion whose scent I love and which is very moisturizing so I would use it regularly and forgot all about its purpose, until one day I noticed in the mirror that the dark patches were much less visible and I was still going in the sun during my walks! Yes, that is right I do go into the sun, I do love it, and no I will never put sunscreen on my skin as that IS a cause of skin cancers and you will not get the nutrients of Vitamin D etc into your skin when it is covered with chemicals. I do however, use sesame oil which has natural sunscreen naturally, Vit.E, and use lavender essential oil etc etc, I make my own sunscreen for over 20 years. So I use this new niacinamide lotion regularly and I love it. It works, is very easy to make and I want to share it with you all. Good luck and if you try it, let me know how it works for you. Keep in mind it is not only for dark spots etc, it tends to makes ones skin soft and even toned.
