"Where better to care for the soul than in the details of our daily lives?....The soul has an absolute, unforgiving need for regular excursions into enchantment. It requires them like the body needs food and the mind needs thought... An enchanted world is one that speaks to the soul, to the mysterious depths of the heart and imagination where we find value, love and union with the world around us. As mystics of many religions have taught, that sense of rapturous union can give a sense of fulfillment that makes life purposeful and vibrant."
~ Thomas Moore.
Oh Serena.....I haven't been visiting much in blogland. Just wanted to be sure and stop by and wish you a very Merry Christmas. Your graphics are beautiful.
A beautiful, magical Christmas to you, dearest Lady!! You cannot imagine what a blessing you are... :))) Love to you, - Irina (What a GORGEOUS header with your SPARKLY chandelier!!!!)
Yes, I truly understand. Your words and decorations speak to me deeply. We do celebrate Christmas in an unconventional way, too, and it's so difficult to verbalize what's in your heart. May you receive the gifts of the Christmas Spirit, today and always. xoxo
I bid you peace as you enjoy your incredibly decorated HOME! I had no internet service where I was staying in California, and I'm here at the airport waiting to go home to snow! What a contrast from the 85 degree Christmas day we had!
Every ornament and snowflake and cloche is so beautifully place. NAMASTE! Anita
